应聘者应具备以下条件：

1. 来自英语为母语国家，如英国、澳大利亚、美国、加拿大、新西兰等；

2. 本人具有学士学位或以上学历；

3. 本人持相关教师资格证，如CELTA, TESOL等；

4. 有两年教学经验者优先。

We are looking for 2 more dynamic and enthusiastic full-time foreign teachers onto our existing team for September, 2013. You need to be prepared to teach 19 academic hours per week. We offer a wide variety of classes (General English, Exams, Business & Skills) to teenagers aged from 16 to 19 & Adults). We use both American & British English publications, and pride ourselves in our diverse accents and cultures. (Qualified Native speakers are Welcome).

Brief introduction about our school:

The school, Shantou Foreign Language and Business Academy, is located in Shantou, a beautiful coastal city, in South of China. It’s a public school subsidized by the government.

For the past twelve years we have successfully run a full-time intensive English program to local students, preparing them for further study or to work. This is now our "flagship" course. In addition to this we run part time evening classes in General & Business English, Exam (IELTS) preparation and intensive Summer programs.

Shantou is a modern city (Special Economic Zone) in Guangdong on the coast, close enough to Hong Kong for a weekend break. The weather is sub tropical, lovely hot summers and beautifully mild winters. We have all mod cons, great shopping and yet enough of the "old China" to let you realise you are in China.

Qualifications:

Firstly you need to meet the following criteria:

·       CELTA or TESL certificate (with in class, observed & assessed teaching practice)

·       University degree or similar education certificate

·       One year teaching experience – preferably in TESL.

Secondly you need to be a Native speaker of English (mother tongue).

Finally we look for three main characteristics in our teachers: dedication, enthusiasm & creativity.

Compensation:

We offer an extremely competitive package to all our teachers including:

·       A good balanced Contract with a reasonable salary

·       5 day work week
